I also submitted a dump via email on 12/13, and I'm trying to be patient because I know this is shareware, but I can't wait to see this!

Yes, I got a new cfg on Tuesday and it was able to decrypt.

Strange, I have the same ECB4 code but I'm not able to decrypt it. Any suggestions? And is it awesome?

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I didn't know that was something to do, but I just downloaded it, unzipped it, put it in the data directory, and even renamed it with capitals.
Why would it work for rhummer and not for me? Sorry for probably missing something obvious.

I didn’t download the cfg manually, I let makemkv download the data and that worked. Dunno why the two are different I thought they weren’t…

MakeMKV will only check KEYDB if it cannot find a hashed key from its own database. Are there any messages in MakeMKV's log about failing to download anything from the network?

There had been a message about that in the past because I'd been using Cloudflare's "anti-malware" DNS.
I entered an 8.8.8.8 proxy server in the MKV preferences and that message went away.
I'm also using findVUK's sync now as you suggested.

And I'm in!!!

This reminds me--by being the complete opposite--of a time on the Plex forum, where the support I got was a suggestion "not to suck so much."

I hope I can find a way to pay back the community in kind. Thank you both.
