I've submitted the dump a little over a week ago, but still can't rip it.
Internet access is enabled and I don't see any error/warning in the log regarding to the download of the keyfile.

Do I just need to wait longer, or is the problem somewhere on my end?

You probably just need to wait longer, especially if you have successfully ripped other UHDs.
