Errors with Brand New Dark Knight Rises 4K

Hi I just bought the 4K Dark Knight Trilogy from Gruv. 2/3 disc ripped fine. Third (Batman Rises) gave me the following errors. Some on reading titles and then rest on ripping. Stops ~20gbs in. Have cleaned the disc. Can't see any scratches. Is this just a bad disc? I have tried 4 times, cleaning the disc thoroughly. No luck.

My Drive is Pioneer BDR212 with patched firmware. It has ripped the other two discs fine from this pack and 7/7 on other UHDs so far. Missed one cause couldn't find decryptions keys. I emailed in the log file for that. Hoping that gets sorted out.

I had a similar problem to that with the same disk. I bought the box set and the first two worked perfectly with my LG BH16NS55, but then DKR would get stuck ripping due to Hashcheck errors. It let me backup the disk, still with errors, and then when you played the backup, there were bits where the picture and sound broke up. I bought a Pioneer Pioneer BDR-UD04 from a seller listed on this forum and that ripped without any errors and it plays perfectly.

If cleaning doesn't help, either try a different drive or replace the disc/set.
