The disc (from the FR Steelbook) is most likely the same as the UK and ITA Steelbooks/Deluxe Editions releasing in a few days.

I can see the new UHD disc in the newest keydb.cfg files (at line 58177 or thereabout), however I am still getting the The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted error after dragging the extracted content to C:\Users\XXX\.MakeMKV folder. Am I perhaps doing something wrong? The KEYDB entry also needs a VUK, i.e. a "| V |" field, which AFAICT the disk's current entry does not have.
