Generally you won't get an official response. Just keep trying it every couple of days and eventually it'll work.
Another user might post that theirs worked, but not always.

The 13D0 variant of this title has been added to the public keydb. It should work with your disc

Have you had any luck yet? I submitted the same dump but didn't see yours. The volume key is still unknown for me.

Mine works try downloaded the latest key file and placing it in makemkv directory. That's all I can suggest but it worked for me after I did that.

I do apologize: I had never had to do this before.
I downloaded a KEYDB.cfg file from
http://fvonline-db.bplaced.net/ I copy/pasted it to users/NAME/.MakeMKV where I see the AACS dump files.
I am trying to convert the Wallace and Gromit - The Complete Cracking Collection UHD disc. It is the C6A0.tgz variant. I keep getting the "volume key is unknown... video can't be decrypted" error.
What am I doing wrong? Has anyone been able to get this title decrypted and converted?
Thank you.

Did you restart MakeMKV after putting keydb in the right place?

And make sure you extract it. KEYDB.cfg needs to go into the makemkv directory, not the zip file or other compressed file that gets downloaded.

Thank you for your replies.
1-Yes, I restarted MakeMKV. After any attempt or change.
2-What IS the correct location? The one I listed on my post? Where I see the other Dump files?
3-The file is a .cfg file, titled KEYDB.cfg All uppercase.

I also have the C6A0.tgz variant and pulled down the latest keydb.cfg this morning and am unable to open the disc. Likely this variant hasn't been cracked yet.

You are correct about placing the keydb.cfg file in the same folder MakeMKV uses for dump files. It is possible that the keydb doesn’t have the keys for your disc. Could you please PM me a link to your dump file and I’ll do what I can to get it added to the public keydb.

Like I said to StrangeAeons, feel free to PM me a link to your dump file.
There is a quick process to confirm whether a particular disc is supported by the public keydb. You’ll need to open up the AACS folder on the disc and calculate the SHA-1 hash of the Unit_Key_RO.inf file. Once you have the hash, open up the latest keydb.cfg file in a text editor and search for the hash. If there is no match, your title is not yet supported.

I do apologize (I fear I am doing that a lot!). I am new to this forum and unable to send P.Ms. yet.
Thank you!

No need to apologize mate, there is a learning curve to this stuff and you've done well. Support for the C6A0 variant of
The Complete Cracking Collection has been added to the public keydb. Follow my instructions
here if you haven't previously configured the keydb for MakeMKV

I followed your link. That was the same webpage I originally downloaded the KEYDB.cfg file from. ENG version. I can tell the one I just downloaded according to your instructions is bigger by 4Kbs than the one I downloaded a couple of days ago. I wish there were a better way to tell one version from another.
Though I cannot use this new key right now because I am not at my house, I am sure that it will work and that you have solved this issue. Many thanks for your patience and diligent action. We all benefit.
Thank you dcoke22, SamuriHL and Dodecadaemon (what an awesome username!) for the replies you gave in short order to my original post. Clearly, this is great community to be a part of. May it stay so.
