I'm guessing MakeMKV must have computed its hashed key, because the only UHD entry in KEYDB for "Galaxy Quest" contains a unit key but no VUK.

I Submitted another Dump File for Galaxy Quest that has a different Code at the end.

You were fortunate that the existing media key for Galaxy Quest matched your disc variant. Please remember that Pioneer disc dumps are generally less useful compared to LG/Asus dumps.
