Hi, first time submitting a dump so forgive me if I've done something incorrectly. I have the UK edition of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation which has yet to have a key submitted.
Thank you.

The latest
KEYDB.cfg file contains entries for this title. Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

The latest KEYDB.cfg file is distributed inside a
ZIP file. Your browser

This sounds like your UHD drive doesn't support LibreDrive! What does MakeMKV's "info" window say? (You'll probably want to redact your drive's serial number before posting this information.)

Thanks for getting back to me. I did purchase the presetup Pioneer drive with the correct firmware etc. list from one of the MAKEmkv forum links of sellers in the UK (uhdfriendlydrives who was very helpful). I haven't updated the firmware as advised
It did use to support libredrive as I remember the information being displayed previously and was working with numerous 4k discs. This is what's is being displayed now with no mention of libredrive - not sure if its something I or Windows has done which would affect this?

I would also expect there to be a
section, and cannot explain why you don't see one. I cannot think of anything to try except cold-booting your PC.
Edit: Unless maybe also trying a different version of MakeMKV?

I'm guessing someone has added the key to the KEYDB file now. The libre information is displayed on opening the disc and makemkv can open and process the film now. Thanks everyone
