The release with MakeMKV ID "1996" of Scarface (1932) has been added to the public keydb. It should work with your disc.

I received my copy of Scarface yesterday afternoon. When it wouldn't open, I searched the forum and found your reply to canuckfan96. I found MKB20_v77_SCARFACE_1996.tgz on my NAS's directory under Media Files. The font was roughly half as dark as the font of the other items in that directory. This morning, the font is the same as the font of the other items in that directory, but the UHD disk still will not open. I'd really appreciate knowing how to handle this problem because I have two more new UHD releases coming in the near future. Thank you.

UHD FAQ
Normally, you'd email that .tgz file to
svq@makemkv.com where it would be processed and a
hashed key made available. MakeMKV will then download the hashed key when it is needed. The processing takes between a few days and a couple of weeks.
If you want to use the alternative method of the keydb.cfg file (which often has keys faster than MakeMKV's hashed key method), you have to download that file and put it in the right spot for MakeMKV to find it. MakeMKV will not keep it up-to-date automatically. Here's a good explanation:

I created a MakeMKV folder where I found all of my MakeMKV log files and moved them and the keydb.cfg file into that new folder. Thanks for your help.
