The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains this entry:

0xA93FB6BD3CDC875AF8BA173298EFE0EB795621BB = TRAP (Trap) | D | 2024-09-18

Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?
