The latest
KEYDB.cfg file contains several entries for this title. Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

It didn't. I had to use that updated file to get Twisters to rip. The PC it's on wouldn't download the latest keys. I figured it was weird that a title this old wouldn't be decrypted.
