The 63C0 release of Tai Chi Master with disc ID 0x645118BAA0A601D79EADF57A03FC9B20B2F92F53 has been added to the public keydb. It should work with your disc

Don't downlad the whole keydb.cfg each and every time. Follow this and the synchronize process will run very fast and just update the database.
