Does installing this file in MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

Hmm, unfortunately it does not.
I played the config file in the MakeMKV directory as you stated. I also opened up the config file and confirmed I could see the entries you highlighted. I then restarted MakeMKV and received: "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted".
Please let me know if I can provide any additional information or confirmation of steps. Thank you.
