Does adding this file to MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and then restarting MakeMKV help?

Final update on the 4K UHD Bluray edition of Black Mass (2015):
August 18th 2024 - Dump file MKB20_v77_BLACK_MASS_34A0.tgz was submitted.
August 20th 2024 - The disc was confirmed rippable via an updated KEYDB.cfg file.
August 25th 2024 - The disc is now confirmed as rippable in standalone MakeMKV without needing the KEYDB.cfg file.
