Disc or Drive

Slightly baffled.
I've ripped hundreds of 4k's with my current drive.
Just got Point Break and Furiosa.
Got error - Encryption key not available.
Sent off dump files
Tried again a couple of days later.
Drive loaded latest HK and no Encryption Key error message and drive started decrypting but got various errors (not just read errors) on both discs.
Gave the discs a good clean, still no go.
Thought it might be power related so swopped the dual USBs to another power source - no joy
Perhaps my drive was on the way out so tried a disc (The Accountant) that I had already ripped...and it worked fine!

Any suggestions please?

You need to wait until the keys are added. Usually takes a week or two. Obvisouly they weren't included in the latest key update.

Then you need to tell us exactly what errors you are getting.

I have 2,500 discs bought new and used and only 5-6 have ever been faulty or failed to rip so it had not occurred to me that 2 brand new 4k discs could both be faulty.

I returned both to Amazon and got replacements (arrived next day - can't fault that) and both ripped fine first time!

Thanks for replying to my post and sorry for the waste of time.
