Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

Putting the keydb.cfg file in that directory worked for me.

I believe I have the latest key and I'm still getting the Failed to open disc error.

You probably have a different "Game Night" disk. What is the full name of your TGZ dump file please, including its 4-character code at the end? And have you emailed that dump file to
svq@makemkv.com?
