Does installing this file in MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. same directory where MakeMKV wrote your dump file) allow MakeMKV to unlock your disk?

I have just submitted MKB20_v77_Furiosa-_A_Mad_Max_Saga_AA60.tgz
Latest keydb.cfg didn't seem to work on this one.

MakeMKV downloaded a new keydb just now but still didn't open my F45C disc. I wonder if it didn't get the latest latest one.
MakeMKV v1.17.7 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=0FA242DD4D0B)

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

MakeMKV doesn't download the KEYDB.cfg file.
You need to do that, and then install it correctly as described above. MakeMKV only downloads its own "hashed keys" automatically. The KEYDB.cfg file is just an alternative database that it
can read, if available.

Ah thank you for the clarification. To date I hadn't had to use that method, but will give it a shot.
