I have this movie with the latest version of makemkv and when I check the movie I can check the movie, when I click it comes after 1 min or so back to click again to check the disc, the blu-ray version of the movie that is on the 2 disc 4K-Blu ray version is working perfectly.
it's a European Benelux version of the movie, what can be the problem, I never use the movie than now in my 4K drive and makemkv programe.

Can you show us your MakeMKV log from trying to rip the 4K blu-ray? Just copy & paste the bottom of the MakeMKV window into a post here on the forum.

Yes. Email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.

ok, already send that dump file to that emailladress, just a couple of days started with 4K movies, got to learn a Lott,
thanks for the help, and hope I verry soon I can make a backup of that movie.

after a week still not solved to rip the 4K movie with makemkv, still the same error text that the code for that movie isn't found to open.
have send the dump to the email adres also Sunday.
nothing changed yet for that movie of me.

The latest KEYDB.cfg file contains these entries: Neither of these has a Volume Unique Key (VUK) but they do at least have a Unit Key. Have you heard of XReveal? Because while MakeMKV needs a VUK to decrypt a disk, XReveal only needs a Unit Key . See these instructions for how to use MakeMKV and XReveal together.

thanks @MrPenguin I'll try this out, from Monday I have 6 days vacation, then I can test this also further for dvd's that doesn't react because they maybe are to old.

Update: i have test it and now the movie is been seen in makemkv, I'm happy,
I'm already ripping the movie to my nas.
