Submitted a dump file for my Amazon sourced 4K UHD of Jaws 2.
MKB20_v77_Jaws_2_2D34.tgz
Using latest MakeMKV build (1.17.8 ) for MacOS arm64.

Still unable to decrypt Jaws 2 4K. Hope this can be remedied at some point.

Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

The KEYDB server can sometimes struggle under its load, which is why its best to use
FindVUK.exe to keep your local copy of KEYDB.cfg up-to-date, rather than keep downloading its entire ZIP file each time:
