A few things:
- The correct email address is
svq@makemkv.com
- I believe "usual practice" is to send the dump file as an attachment, rather than sending a download link.
- I think there are two existing threads for "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire", so it might have been tidier to join one of those rather than starting a third thread

- Can you also post the full name of your dump file here please?
