I just submitted the dump file for Purple Rain UHD - MKB20_v77_Purple_Rain_ABA4.tgz

KEYDB.cfg file already contains these two disks:

Mine is still not working, possibly because it's the UK disc?

Have you installed the KEYDB.cfg file into the correct place? You need to put it into the same directory that MakeMKV writes its .tgz dump files. And filenames on MacOS and Linux are also case-sensitive, so you need to call it
exactly KEYDB.cfg and not keydb.cfg.

Thanks, I followed your instructions but I still couldn't get it to work. Appreciate your help though, cheers. Edited to add, after typing this message I tried it one more time and it worked! Thanks again.

Did you restart MakeMKV this time? I don't know at what point MakeMKV parses the KEYDB.cfg file...

I did restart it, but also when I downloaded the KEYDB file again it came in a zip file which it hadn't before. Either way, you were super helpful and I got there in the end, somehow...
