What was the file name you submitted? The last 4 characters of the file name show are a checksum-like status of the file submitted, so that others can know if the one they need has already been sent.

Interestingly, the public KEYDB.cfg file already contains this entry: And so copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory may also work for you.

Download the KEYDB.cfg file from the link and then copy it into the same directory that MakeMKV writes the .tgz dump file into. On MacOS and Linux, the filename is case-sensitive and so should literally be KEYDB.cfg and not keydb.cfg.

This should work, provided your own disk matches the single DiscID that KEYDB.cfg contains.
