There are two disks with this title already in KEYDB.cfg, which may work for you:

One of them works with 0388 as I got mine and it worked.

I submitted mine 8 days ago and it’s still not working. Anyone else still having this issue? Please don’t tell me to download Keydb. I didn’t purchase a lifetime key to be told to go elsewhere to get it to work. Thanks!

You did the right thing by submitting the dump file.

If you aren't interested in taking 2mins to download the free keydb, you'll have to wait until native support is available in MakeMKV. Even after 8 days this may still require waiting several days or weeks but it will eventually be supported. Until then there is no third option available to you which doesn't require additional software.

And what shocks me most is that SamuriHL has already confirmed that KEYDB.cfg does have the key for the 0388 disk .

Could you also upload this TGZ file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? This would allow people to add your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file as well.

You would probably need to upload the MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk as well, because the copy inside the TGZ dump file has almost certainly been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable to anyone other than MakeMKV itself.
