A version 68 protection should be handled automatically by MakeMKV, assuming you have allowed it to fetch updates. If not, it will create a file (ending in ".TGZ") that has what is needed to decode it, which you then forward to svq@makemkv.com for processing. THEN you have to have updates enabled to fetch the decoder key. That can be a separate issue, but that would be shown in the log that you didn't provide.
