Jigsaw UHD Not Opening

New to MakeMKV, I have Jigsaw 4K UltraHD, trying to make a backup and it won't open. I'm attaching the dump file, let me know any other information needed.

Attaching dump files does not work. You email them to svq@makemkv.com .
