While running MKV I get the following error The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted. The software created a TGZ file. However when attaching it I get an error of the file being too big. Its 9.4 Mb. Is this the wrong file to submit? MKB20_v61_War_for_the_Planet_of_the_Apes_6EC3.tgz

Yes, you submit it via EMAIL to svq@makemkv.com . Did your email program not allow that large of an attachment?

Tried the email method too. Your email server did not like the 9 Mb file.
