Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

AnyDVD HD didn't work either until today. Apparently they have a key for it if anyone has this disc and this software.

I'm also in the same boat. Unable to decrypt the same movie.

Sent mine in as well.

They should have it completed soon I would think. A few days since I sent as well. Now with a second hopefully they will. No reply from forum moderator.
