I have an old BH16NS40 that I've used to rip Bluray discs for years, now I want to start ripping UHD discs. It was manufactured on 10-26-2013. It currently has FW v1.01 on it. Can It be flashed it to a UHD compatable FW? I've tried downloading FW from LG but this drive doesn't seem to be compatable.

UHD came out in 2015-16. Your drive was built before that. You need a newer drive to deal with newer formats.
