Qustions about Lenovo BP40N playing 4K UHD discs

I have a Lenovo BP40N which the seller committed it can play 4K UHD discs
but it didnt work
do the drive has the feature play 4K Blu-ray(which is leagl and has AACS 2.0 protection)
