For some reason I can't seem to rip Disc 1. Every time I try, I get the following error:

Any ideas?

Clean and/ replace the disc. Those are read errors.

Tried cleaning. Any other ideas? I can try getting a replacement from Amazon if need be, but I wanted to see anything else could cause this kind of error.

Or bad drive

These discs are hard to read generally. What drive do you have and what is the firmware version?

I have a LG WH16NS40 with firmware 1.02. I also ordered another copy and the error message changed to this:
