John Wick 2 error

MakeMKV v1.17.4 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=64754CF46FCA)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Downloading latest HK to C:/Program Files (x86)/MakeMKV ...
Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.
Saved AACS dump file as C:/Program Files (x86)/MakeMKV/MKB20_v61_JOHN_WICK_-_KAPITEL_2_C455.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc
This is the first disk I have problems. With 1.17.3 I had never probs like this. Maybe it is a 1.17.4 problem? John Wick or John Wick 3 works. Protection is: AACS2.0/C v61. Program is running with Admin rights and allowed to have internet access. "Enable Internet access" is checked.

I believe there's a problem with the hkdata.fairuse.org site at the moment?
There have been many threads on this exact problem recently but I'm unaware of a solution.

You should have seen "Downloading latest HK" in the logs if it did?
