Hello! Just received the 4K version of Creed III. I tried to rip it using makemkv as I use for all my discs but my makemkv fails to open the disc. The exact message I get is:
"MakeMKV v1.17.3 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=64754CF46FCA)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\User/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_Creed_III_417E.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc"

I had no problems ripping the HD version included. The 4k disc plays fine in my OPPO digital player but the previous and latest versions of makemkv can't open the disk. Has anyone else had this issue?

dump files submitted earlier today. 4k Amazon disc

Another dump from Amazon purchased disk: unable to decrypt.

Anyone able to open move yet? Submitted on Tuesday. hash key still unkown.

Nope

i get that its a one man project. but would be nice to get it for the weekend

The guy does have a life and you can always play the movie off the disc for now.

This is why I said. I get its a one man show.

My backup just decrypted

The OP needed to submit the generated dump file to svq@makemkv.com. A key was eventually created and then everyone was able to download it and decrypt the disc.
