Cant Ripp newer UHD Disc, like Babylon (Brad Pitt) or "im Westen nichts neues" - BU40N 1.00

The BU40N doesnt regonize the Discs anymore, if i flash to 1.00 friendly FW.
With 1.04 the BU40N can read Disc without any Problems.
Known Issue? Can anyone help me out?

1.04 stock or MK?
That dont make sense it should read the disc if it's on 1.00 or 1.04mk

original 1.04, direct from LG Factory
Read Disc very fast and easy.
After Flashing 1.00 friendly FW, it wont regonize Disc anymore.
Possible new AACS ?
This are very new UHD 4K Disc.

i got also BU50N here, this works great with friendly FW.
