Unable to backup LOTR extended UHD, Two Towers part 1

Hello,
I'm new to this and just bought my first uhd drive. I flashed the fw and startet backup of my first UHDs. So far it worked for the Blade Runner / Blade Runner 2049 and the other 5 discs of the LOTR extended version.
But Two Towers part one fails with:
I tried several times, cleaned the disc carefully, but no luck.
It creates the files with the main movie beeing ~61Gbytes. VLC won't open it. txMuxer will open it and shows all the content, but fails when trying to process it:
My pc runs win11, the drive is hooked via usb<->sata.
And ideas? many thanks in advance!
