I just want to say, I have been banging my head on this topic for a while now. I am new to using this program, and programs such as Plex Media Center.

I am having issues with being able to rip 4K UHD movies. When I insert the movie, you will see MakeMVK try to read it and then it stops. I have tried different computers with different operating software. I purchased this drive, and removed the outer casing. Verbatim External CD DVD Blu-ray Writer USB 3.0 M-Disc Ready. I have tried several different movies to see if that was the issue, but I still can not find an answer.

Can you please be kind and provide some guidance?
