I recently emailed several dump files for hash key errors...
Registered user, but haven't heard anything back...
Any updates on this?

Assuming you're talking about 'volume key unknown'…
Fixing Volume Key is Unknown
You won't hear back directly, but once the keys are available, MakeMKV should download them.
