BATMAN FOREVER UHD 4K disk : issue decryptingkey

Hi, I bought the 4 UHD 4k disks pack : « Batman - 4 Films : Collection 1989-1997 [4K Ultra-HD + Blu-Ray] » and start ripping without issue the 3 disks : Batman, Batman returns and Batman & Robin. But when trying to rip the last one : BAMAN FOREVER i got the error issue of unable to decrypt the disk video key. I send the log file to svq@makemkv.com on last friday (Jan. 13) but still not able to rip today (Jan. 15). Did you manage ripping this title ? Did i use the right procedure to get support from MakeMkv ?
