This UHD fails to open with the following message

MakeMKV v1.17.2 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=067EFCA8EA7E)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\<username>\.MakeMKV/MKB20_v76_Sonic_The_Hedgehog_2_DC5F.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

AACS dump is attached

Per the FAQ (a worthwhile read):

MakeMKV says that "the volume key is unknown for this disc"?
MakeMKV produces an AACS .tgz dump file whenever you try to open a disc for which the key is unknown, and will report that the dump has been created. Email the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.

Thanks d00zah. Although the disc surface appeared pristine, it was faulty. I got it swapped and the replacement disc ripped with MakeMKV with no issues.

4K Bluray disc quality seems quite hit and miss with read errors at various points through ripping attempts with MakeMKV and similar programs. I never had one completely fail up front before so this is a first.
