I tried ripping this on Make MKV but it doesn't work. Says the video can't be decrypted.
I tried sending in the log file but still no luck. I guess I'll wait a few more days.

The LOG file is not as important as the TGZ file created for the disk. That will be created with the name of the disk and a 4-character "serial number".
That file needs to be sent to
svq@makemkv.com to have the decryption data provided.
