Beetlejuice 4K won't work

I'm trying to rip Beetlejuice onto my hard drive, but it says that the volume key is unknown whenever I put it in.

Have you submitted the volume key for processing yet?

Yeah, I thought there would've been a key already since the disc came out 2 years ago but must be a newer copy.

If it's old, check that you're able to receive data from outside. A *lot* of outfits block the source for the download intermittently.
But, a newly-released copy of "something old" often has a new key, unfortunately...
