New Release of Startrek 6 Not working

Hi,

New to this how do we fix these issues on new discs

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Considering that Startrek 6 is so old, are you sure you have downloads allowed?

I think there was a recent UHD set released. I've seen other posts of people sending in their dump files.

Email the .tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com.
