slow rip speed

just received my fast and furious 1 but 4k has very slow rip rate of only 64kbps what should i do

clean the disc with a very soft lint free microfiber cloth and some water and dry with another

hi, it did not work at all it failed and said read errors

then if it still dont work clean the drive
then new drive time BU40N or UHD pioneer
