Heat 4k; MakeMKV not updating sqv for me?

I submitted a dump for Heat_3EB6 a couple of days ago. I understand it may take a while.
How can I know that MakeMKV is using the latest sqv file? It used to tell me when it updated the sqv file but I don't see that any more. Using latest version.

I too have the latest 4k release of "Heat" (1995) from August 9th 2022, and I confirm MakeMKV can't open the disc ...

Well in your case MakeMKV couldn't update the database.

My problem is that MakeMKV is not downloading the current HK.

MakeMKV v1.17.1 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=4083C4CCDB14)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:/Users/****/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v76_Heat_3EB6.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc
Note the missing "Downloading latest HK..."
I checked in Preferences under General and "Enable Internet access" is checked.

Same here in US, Amazon preorder if that matters,
Same error, no internet issue. did check both GEOip and my DNS wasn't blocking either. Tried on a separate VPN and same issue, so whoever is getting this ripped, I'd love to know how. I sent in the tgz also.

I fixed my issue... apparently I had "single drive mode" on. Turned that off and now it's working. oops.

nah that wont cause that the key just updated thats all

UPDATE : I did retry and it is now working fine for me ! MakeMKV went through Heat's 4K / UHD disc flawlessly.
