Shout! Factory Halloween 4K Problem

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with Halloween (1978) 4k disc. When Makemkv opens the disc in hangs the program and make not responding, this only disc i've ever a problem with. Ive cleaned, exchanged for a new disc, tryed 2 differnt UHD drives and changed to CellTrim and still no luck. I've attached a screen shot, Thank You.
