I have tried They Live (scream cast edition listed in spreadsheet), Glory, both Evil Deads and they all fail due to unknown volume key.
I have a WH16NS60 drive, flashed to version 1.03, libre drive states enabled, highest aacs 76.
The drive rips BluRays no problem, but NO 4K will rip. I have checked to make sure internet is enabled.

I have emailed the dump files as per the instructions, been about a week now (I know they are busy), I also bought MakeMKV years ago.

Should I look for another program? The whole reason I bought the drive as to rip 4k, and not being able to is not cool.

I have attached the dump for They Live for review also.

Any help is appreciated.

The issue is on your end it's going to be a firewall rule/ geo blocking or dns issue try changing your DNS to the Google one or cloud flair

Experience seeing this 100's of times you could download my privatedata.tar to test it linked on bottom of guide that has my hashed keys included
That will test if makemkv has the keys or if the issue is on your end

I installed Nord VPN to bypass my DNS filtering......seems to have downloaded the file. I am ripping now.

My question is there a way to tell in the logs? I have a pfsense setup and did not see any blocking in the logs. I do see the success in the main log file.....but never saw a failure thus my confusion,

For now I will engage the VPN when I start MakeMKV... thanks for the nudge.

I'm good on the VPN stuff,,,,,,I mainly wanted to know what to look for as far a failure. Without Billy's nudge I wouldn't have the info to solve the issue.

I never saw a network failure in the logs........

Posting the link to the FAQ I already read prior to posting is not very helpful.
My point in my prior posts is that I NEVER received an error message nor was it in the logs that I could find.
I am asking, besides experience, how is one to know what the error was
