Hello for the UHD Disc Amlulance I sent the log file. Disc cannot be opened

Amazon was showing that for The Northman as well. Walmart had a delay in shipping too. Universal is announcing street dates at the last second and retailers are behind in updating.

Anyone having issues with the actual ripping of this disk? 2 drives both error out. Debug issues.

I had to repower my drive, to backup this disc without errors,
after successful backup the new Matrix without errors ?! Don´t know why...

same thing on my end. my wh16ns60 was making some crazy noises and had the hardest time opening the disc. Failed backup initially, but after a restart, i was able to open the disc and make the mkv. then tried doing a full backup which just finished. Your copy of MakeMKV would generate the .TGZ file, which would then be used to create the necessary file to generate the decoded copy.
Have you enabled your copy to pull updates from the web yet?

Yes Expert mode and internet access is enabled.
So i have to send the generated .tgz file to the email adress from the FAQ ? Ok...
Only the .tgz file ? there also is an private_data.tar file generated.
