As per the UHD FAQ, Rodney M did the right thing and emailed the dump. When it is decrypted MakeMKV will download the key. You should email your dump too, since it might be different.

I submitted a dump, how long does it take?

Once submitted, the turnaround can be pretty fast, between 12 to 48 hours. However, it can also sometimes take several days or longer....
