Did you also submit it to
svg@makemkv.com ? Email is the only way to submit dump files...

Fixing Volume Key is Unknown
Step one: Send the TGZ file to
svq@makemkv.com so that the program's author can create a decryption key for it.

I was able to rip the disc and here is how the contents layed out for me on the US 4K Steelbook:
