All my UHD discs rip failure

I tried to rip all my uhd discs with makemkv but none of them worked, I have sent the tgz files to svq@makemkv.com.

I don’t think the makemkv server does not have the keys for these UHD discs, because in 2021, these UHD discs can be successfully ripped with makemkv, and these UHD discs include
Harry Potter 1-8 Collection
Lord of the Rings 1-3 Collection (including theatrical version and extended version)
Game of Thrones 1-8 collection
Westworld 1-3 collection
The Matrix 1-3 collection,etc.

I have tried to check allow internet access, and the DNS is also set to 8.8.8.8; with the nslookup command line, cmd returns

Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: hkdata.fairuse.org
Address: 91.224.23.225

I reinstalled the system, and tried the previous version 1.16.5, but it still doesn't work; I uploaded the pictures with the error of opening the UHD disc and decrypting the UHD disc.

I've been stuck with this problem for a month now and would be grateful if anyone could help with this.

Did you try using your ISP's DNS server settings instead of Google?

Did you submit dump files?

I'm not an expert but these are things I have done in the past to get the program to work.

Make sure you makemkv data directory is writable other than that you have to make your stuff stop blocking your access to makemkv key servers

Thank you for your reply. Before using google's dns, I used the ISP's default dns, which was also unavailable.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I don't log into makemkv very often.
I did find a solution. I downloaded the sdf+key under the useful link in your post Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2022, that is, the _private_data file, and overwritten it to my .makemkv folder, then I can rip the UHD discs, thank you for so much.
The key update speed will depend on your update speed, so I still want makemkv to automatically download the key from the server. I tried to use the network provided by different local ISPs, but makemkv still cannot obtain the key automatically. What do you think is the reason? Anyway, thanks again for your answer.

its likely a firewall setting in your router or a geofilter and thats why maybe swapping isps did not help.
you could try a vpn to get around it and just use it anytime you need a key update i normally dont update the privatedata.tar unless i see lots of reports of problems

Ok, thank you for your answer, in fact, before posting, I have tried the VPN method, but it still doesn't help makemkv to get the key.

It could be the windows firewall too see to make sure it's allowed.
You could also give it the good old uninstall and reinstall see if that fixes it.
I would also try on another PC in the house if you can see if same thing happens

I have added the storage address of makemkv to the exclusions of windows defender

At the same time, the firewall has also added the file that under the makemkv folder
MakeMKV ccextractor
MakeMKV console application
MakeMKV GUI application

to the list of "Allow applications to communicate through Windows Defender Firewall"
But after the above operations are done, the key cannot be obtained after deleting the _private_data file

Disable the Windows defender in group policy editor and then try.

or you could disable in the registry

I tried the method you mentioned, but it seems that makemkv still can't get the latest key. Could you share a copy of your _private_data with me if it is convenient for you? Thank you.

May I ask from which website can I download hkdata and sdf so that I can manually add them into private data?

Sdf is linked in the guide
HK can change anytime and I I think the developer does not want the keys in the public view
