I'm having real problems with the program itself since i tried to copy the Godfather1 it worked a couple of times but failed to finish. Now i'm getting problems even getting it to start !
It now reads Error-OS Error-the device is not ready occurred while writing data D://Godfather-too mkv at offset 33554432.
This is all i get now,it does'nt matter the disc be it 4k or blu. I don't have a scooby whats wrong, i have deleted the program and reinstalled with no luck If anyone out there knows whats up with it Please get in touch and put me out of my misery Thanks in anticpation.

If your drive is external, remove the power (either unplug the power supply or unplug all the USB cables), wait for 10 seconds or so, and power it back up. If the drive is internal to your computer, power off the computer and maybe unplug it for 10 seconds or so.

Inside the optical drive is a tiny computer that runs the laser and motors and all kinds of stuff that makes the drive work. Sometimes it needs to be rebooted. The only way to do it, is to remove power and then power it up again.

Changing the input usb cable to the other input seems to sort it.
