What errors are you getting?
"key is unknown" means sending in the .TGZ file generated, but other error messages, such as not being able to read parts of the disk, have different "fixes".

OK. Just didn't want your issue being stalled because you went the wrong way. If you look around the forum, you'll see a number of messages about a "new copy protection mechanism" that was actually some other issue.
